Early on I was genuinely puzzled by designers who'd say "I don't do web" or "I don't know After Effects." I just assumed you learned whatever the job needed. That mentality stuck. If a studio needs something done, I find a way.
I work best collaboratively. Two minds on a problem are almost always better than one, and I'm not precious about where the best idea comes from. First principles, lateral thinking, efficient solutions.
Away from the screen I make music with my long-running bandmate. Our third album is in progress and we recently collaborated with Dick Valentine from Electric Six. I'm easy to have on a team.
